Outlook 2007 Offline problem

I installed outlook 2007 in place of outlook 2003, but now i am getting
problem with
2007. When i switched to work offline my outlook 2007 then it is sending
mail properly but not recieving. If again i switched to automatically connect
with my network then its working properly.
So i think outlook 2007 not working properly with offline (.ost). Please
help me anyone.

offline = without connection to other computers !!!
how do you expect receiving mail without connection to your mailserver???
sending offline puts the mails into the outbox where they remain until you
connect to the network again...
 
No, sir that is other problem..
i just explain from start... By defult outlook setting like that ..
Go to tools >Account Settings >then click on change tab > click more setting
that is select by defult >Automatticaly detect connection State..

But i want to change the settings Manually control Connection satate in
place of Automaticlly & click Work Offline & dialup networking.

But when i did this setting my outlook is not able to receive the messages
but it sends the messages easily & my pc is already connected with my LAN
also.
