Outlook 2007 not starting up

I have installed the Office 2007 beta and all apps work correctly except
outlook. Every time I try to launch Outlook 2007 I get this error:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:|documents and
settings\username\local settings\application
data\Microsoft\outlook\outlook0.ost cannot be accessed. You must connect to
your Microsoft Exchange Server computer at least once before you can use your
offline folder file.

I have tried uninstalling the previous version of Office 2003 and done a
fresh install, I have tried an upgrade and office 2003 works just fine. I
have deleted that file at that location and I have moved all my PST files off
this machine and I can't get out look to open.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I am ready to test this sucker
out!!!!

Do you use Exchange?
If so, then create anew profile via the Mail icon in Control Panel and add
the Exchange account. Start with that profile.
If not, do the same with a new profile but add your type of account.

When I am starting my outlook, it will ask for one of my email username and password, after putting the required info, i click ok but then it will ask again and again and again. but if i click on cancel, my outlook will hang up, if i run the task manager to close my outlook, and then start it again it will ask to be run in safe mode

but i am having the same problem and cannot start safe mode too, and again, after closing outlook via task manager, i will try to open it again, but this time they would ask me to run the repair something but it still never works
