Outlook 2007 not responding

I am currently trialling Outlook 2007. After uninstalling O 2002 all has been
going well, till i try to update a telephone number in my contacts. This
causes the prog to freeze and force a restart. I have tried disabling all
firewall and anti Virus but to no avail. MS wont give any telephone support,
which is odd as if i cant resolve the problem then i dont buy the product...
anyway has anyone hit this prob at all

Does it work in Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Well after adding the business contact manager, all works ok on that element,
now when i click on Business Contacts and try to create a contact in there i
get the following " Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete
your last action or actions" - The message then repeats many times

Ideas please
