Outlook 2007 Messages and Contacts to Outlook 2002

How do I transfer messages and contacts from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2002?

I have two computers with different versions of Outlook. Outlook does not
appear to be backlevel friendly. The .pst files created by Outlook 2007 are
incompatible with Outlook 2002.

Correct. You must create an Outlook 2002-format PST, move your data into
it, and then you can transfer that to the older Outlook. See this:
