Outlook 2007 - mail format

So how do you stop Outlook 2007 ( Word mail editor ) duplicating CRLFs when
sending e'Mails ?

Me.
 
I "think" I solved it over the weekend by editing the NormalEmail.dotm
Selecting the paragraph formatting and changing it to have zero spaces
before and after and selecting "don't add space between paragraphs of the
same style".

So far so good...certainly better than it was....
