Outlook 2007 locks with "A folder by this name already exists"

This appears when I try to delete a jusnk mail file or clear the junkmail
folder or clear deleted items. It has stopped all send and receive activity
through outlook 2007
 
For what account type? Have you ran scanpst.exe against your pst-file
already to scan it for errors?
 
I am sorry, I forgot to say that this is an msn account in Outlook 2007. I
have now seen a message in MSN Explorer (for the first time) with the same
error.
I will tackle this from the MSN side.

I will look for scanpst.exe since I am also connected to my SBS2003 Exchange
Server and this looks like a handy tool to have around.
