Outlook 2007, Link Hand

Windows XP
Outlook 2007

When I open an email and go to the body, the cursor has become a hand (ala
Google Maps) rather than a cursor. I haven't changed anything and can't find
anything on the web about where this setting is or how to undo it. Can you
shed any light on this for me?

Any Thoughts?

Thank you

That's panning. On the right just under the subject line is a little hand
button. Click it to switch between scroll and pan.
