Outlook 2007 - Item has already been added. Key in dictionary:

This window pops up frequently when navigating in the inbox through email in
Outlook 2007 using the up and down arrow keys .

Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '46793998' Key being added
'46793998'

Not sure if the number changes but believe it does.

Any ideas why this is happening?

It sounds like a search app malfunctioning, of some other type of plugin
(like Act! or whatnot).

Exit out of Outlook, make sure it's not running by going into Task Manager-Processes
and making sure outlook.exe isn't listed, and then go to Start - Run - outlook
/safe and see if you can reproduce the problem.

If you can't, then disable all the add-ins and start re-enabling one by one
until you can reproduce the problem.
