Outlook 2007 Hypertext Link Problem-o

Greetings -

We have an Help Desk application here that sends out email notifications.
Within the notifications there is a hypertext link that the users can click
on to take them to a website to view a Help Desk request.

This has always worked fine with Outlook 2003 and works with OWA 2007 but
Office Outlook 2007 displays the link as text not a link.

We are running Exchange 2007 on the back end.

Any suggestion to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Mike

Hi Robert -

Thanks for the tip. I did check those Outlook settings and they are all
selected as the article described.

Another interesting tid-bit is that when our Help Desk system generates
these messages they are delivered with the problematic hyper-link. If I
forward the same message back to myself the hyper-link is now active and
fully functional.

Any suggestion to cure this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Robert -

These are plain test messages generated by an ASP application.

Our Outlook settings are as describe in the article.

An interesting tid-bit on this is that I can take one of these messages with
the problematic hyper-link and forward it to myself. The forwarded message
comes back with a fully functional hyper-link.

Based on that I would suspect the messages is not being genrated correctly
but it does work in Office Outlook 2003 and OWA 2007.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike
