Outlook 2007 - Headers/Footers not printing

Has anyone had this problem? I add a header and/or footer. I see it on the
worksheet, I see it in the Print Preview, but it does not print out.

I have adjusted the margins, shrunk the text, everything I can think of, but
I cannot get them to print.

any suggestions?
