I have Office 2007 Home and Student Edition.
Is there a standalone Outlook 2007 I can purchase and install that has the
business contact manager function?
Or do I buy the Outlook 2007 and then buy the Contact Manager 2007?

BCM is not for sale standalone, nor is it available with standalone
Outlook, today.

The only way to get BCM 2007 is bundled with some of the Office 2007
business packages.
