Outlook 2007 doesn't close my data file correctly

I have Outlook 2007 and have a large pst data file for my emails and
contacts. It is almost 1GB in size. I know this is large but it was always
ok with Outlook 2003 and now that I'm using 2007 I always get a warning that
the data file was not closed correctly and needs to be checked for errors.

This happens each time I start Outlook. Is there a way to make sure the
file is closed completely on exit from outlook?

This is most likely caused by one of your addins. Disable them all and
enable them one by one to find the culprit.
