Outlook 2007 does not show which emails I already replied to

When I opened an email that I had replied to in Outlook 2003, it would
show a time stamp for when I sent a reply at the top of the email. I
can't get that information from Outlook 2007.

How do I get an Outlook 2007 email in my Inbox to show the date/time
when I replied to it?

I am using .pst files with pop3 & html accounts with no Exchange
server on a Windows Server 64-bit OS.

I had run /cleanviews yesterday. It did not correct the problem on an
email from yesterday that I had replied to. When I tested just now,
the reply time-stamp did show up. That is a half-assed improvement
which is better than nothing....
