Outlook 2007 Delegates issue

Operating System : Window XP Professional
Verison of Outlook : Outlook 2007

i try using this link but it does not work on my system, i try to access the
delegates from another computer and the result is still the same. i believe
this got to do with outlook instead of local system issue. Kindly advise what
can be done.
 
What does not work? Installing the Hotfix?
If you already have applied Service Pack 2 for Office 2007, you do not need
to install this hotfix but can directly apply the registry changes.
Note that the registry key is case sensitive.
