Hi!

In Office 2003 I was able to change the default tab stop from 1 inch (US
standard) to 0,5 cm (European standard). However, I am not able to find a
similar function in Outlook 2007?! I've tried to edit the "NormalEmail.dotm"
template, but no such luck...

This annoys me quite a bit, since I used to use tab stops a lot when
composing ned emails.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Since Outlook 2007 does not use Word as the e-mail editor. Set up Styles for
your particular messages. Check in Outlook 2007 Help for Styles.

Thank you for the feedback.

I've looked into styles, but it seems to me that:

1) Styles are only available when composing HTTP or RichText mail messages.
I usually use plain text, so that's a problem.
2) You can only specify specific tab stops in styles - not change the
default tab stop.

So what then?

Thank you again,
