I have just installed Outlook 2007 (as part of Office 2007 standard)
and had previously un-installed Office 2003.
Each time I shut Outlook - by whatever method -something occurs that
stops it starting again without a reboot.
When opening (prior to a reboot but after being closed previously) it
reports a data file was not closed properly and Outlook is doing
something or other to recover the data.
The next dialog box reports that Microsoft Outlook has stopped working.
The next things happens is that Outlook closes down and sends an error
report telling me that i will be notified when a remedy has been found
to the problem.
I never had all this issue with Outlook 2003 .... but I assume that as
it talks about a dtat file not closing properly, there may be a link.
Though I had un-installed 2003, Outlook 2007 found and installed the
..pst information.
Can someone offer any clues??
Regards
Mick
