Outlook 2007 Crashes every now and than

Hi
We are having Server 2008 at one of our branch and we run office 2007 on
that. Till now it was running all fine but since yesterday few of our
terminal users compaint about the outlook crash everytime when they opened
it. The problem description is as below:

Tried doing a repair on Office already?
Note that rtutils.dll is part of Windows and not Office/Outlook. You could
check for the integrity of the Windows Server installation files via;
sfc /scannow
