How do I activate and use Outlook Business Contact Manager in my Office
Enterprize 2007? Is the full BCM function included in Enterprize?

Actually, Enterprise does include BCM. If you don't see it in your pack,
you can download it. Check out the BCM Team Blog for details or search this
newsgroup.
