One of my users can no longer connect to Exchange. I've been researching
this and the first recommendation is to delete then recreate his profile, so
that's what I did. Even deleted his .ost.
Anyway, when I try to connect to his mailbox, I get a popup saying: "The
action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is
unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
His mailbox name will not underline in the connection box.
The crazy thing is that I can log in as him on my workstation and
connect/open his mailbox with no difficulty. If you log into his workstation
as another user, that user can connect to their own mailbox too. It's just
him logged in as himself that can't connect.
I've also made sure that KB927481 doesn't apply - the
Autodiscover\'ZeroConfigExchange' policy is not set in the registry. Other
than what I've listed, I don't know what else to try?
Thanks,
Mark
