Outlook 2007 cant connect to anything

I cannot connect my Office 2007 clients with RPC over HTTP using the same
settings I use for Outlook 2003. IS there something different that has to be
done. It says it cant connect. I even tried using hotmail , and i have a cox
pop mail it doesnt work either

What is the exact error reported? My guess is that you have a wrongly
configured firewall (as well) since POP3 and Hotmail isn't working either.

I currenlty have no firewall on my laptop..Before i went to 2007 outlook 2003
worked fine
