Outlook 2007: Can I change the order of the All Mail Folders

1. I have 4 e-mail accounts. I want to list the e-mail accounts in
the order I prefer.

2. How do I automatically expand the mail folders at startup?

What sort of email accounts, and why would you want to do this?
 
One is exchange server (default) and rest are imap. I want to sort the
order of email accounts in mail folders based on their importance to
me. (not alphabetically or Outlook's format). Is there a option in
Outlook 2007 to do that.

Not that I know of. You can change the order in the Favorites folder
AFAIK...
