Outlook 2007 - blind copying calendar event invitees

Question: I'd like to send out an invitation to an event using Outlook 2007
and basically bcc'ing a distribution list. This list contains addresses and
names that I don't want to be displayed publicly (so the other attendees
can't see who else has been invited).
It seems that there used to be a bcc: field where I could've put this
information. Now it says 'resources'. When I've tried to send an invitation
using a distribution list on the resources (since that is where the 'bcc'
input would've been) as a test, it didn't work.
I've sent the distribution list on both the 'required' and 'optional'
lines... This allowed the distribution list to be seen by recipients.
How do I send out a meeting to a large distribution list and still keep
people's names/email addresses private?

I don't recall ever seeing a Bcc ability for a meeting request. What you
can do, however, is send the meeting as an attachment to a mail messgae sent
via Bcc.
