Select File Insert

Opens my documents.

If you then select the Look In a progress bar is displayed saying
initialising base folder.

Select antother drive, in my case 'F' - system hangs and wont move on. No
amount do clicking on sub folders will get the select to change.

Please go back to Office 2000 File Open it was a lot, lot faster.

You didn't say what operating system you're using. The file dialog for Vista definitely has problems.

If you want to provide feedback on the public preview version of Office 2007 Beta 2, get the Send a Smile tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A2E1F4E2-BC0F-4403-B09F-7A677D55F274. This tool will transmit your comments and a screenshot back to Microsoft. For more information, see http://spaces.msn.com/turtleflock-ol2007/blog/cns!C1013F1F9A99E3D8!135.entry

Hi Sue

I am on XP Pro

I was trying to navigate on a 250Mb drive to attach sone pictures to an email.

I sent the message here as I had a mjor problem with Outlook and had to re
install the Office 2007 pack. During the re install I lost the Smile tool -
