Outlook 2007 Audible warning

Hi
Whenever I receive new mail, I am getting system beep on my laptopn - this
despite the fact that I have my speakeres muted. Can anyone advise me how
to turn off this beep when i get new mail

Control Panel->Sounds->New Mail Notification - change it to none.

Hi Nilly - thanks for your post - but no joys, I had already checked that
and it was set to none.

I suspect that its the new CA ISS Anti Virus software. System worked
perfectly before I installed their latest version , and then it all started.
I did inform them and ask them if it was an issue, but all they did was to
respond saying its an MS issue, speak to them - which is **** customer
service IMHO.
