Outlook 2007 - Attachments

Outlook 2007 SP2
Office 2003

I have a user that is selecting files (word docs, excel, pdf) from her
desktop and adding them as an attachment to Outlook. The attachment adds to a
new message but when doubles click (or right clicks) to open and view the
file from the new message nothing happens.

I believe the issue is because she has Office 2003 installed and Outlook
2007 but this is guess. I have no problems opening the same attachments with
Office 2007 installed.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot view added or any attachment from an email while composing or still not
sent. Once sent the attachments become live
