outlook 2007 and PDF

Acrobat PDF functionality is missing in Outlook 2007.
Never have had functionality. Upgrade to 7.08 (standard). Checked reg files.
Still no PDF use. Where else to look?
 
what functionality? Outlook only has the functionality acrobat adds and it's
buggy.
