I just added the Save as PDF and XPS update to the latest office build. However, I am still not able to preview PDF attachments in Outlook. I was wondering if anyone is able to do this?
No one will be able to do it until Adobe or a third-party ISV produces a previewer component for PDF files.

As the name of the add-ins tells you, they are only for saving in PDF or
XPS format.
Outlook 2007 does not have a PDF previewer and Microsoft won't be
providing one. We all have to hope that a third party (read Adobe) will
provide such a previewer once Office 2007 is released. The previewer API
is available to developers.
