Outlook 2007 alongside Office XP apps

Hi,

We are currently running Office XP and would like to purchase
Exchange 2007.

Can we install Outlook 2007 but continue to use the Office XP
versions of Word, Excel, and Access?

The budget for upgrading to Office 2007 has not been approved yet,
and we have an Access application that is not completely ready to
run under 2007.

Yes, that would work. Note that you would be in an unsupported configuration
though since Office XP is no longer supported. Also note that when you have
your users use Office help that they cannot load Office XP and Office 2007
help at the same time.

Yes, but you'll have a better experience if you use all one version. Many of
the Word features will be missing if the versions don't match.
