I have used MS Outlook 2003 for a few weeks for testing purpose. After
completing my test with MS Outlook 2003, I went back to using MS Outlook 2000
SP3. Every time I exit from MS Outlook 2000 it never terminates unless I
shutdown windows or reboot. Any ideas

Thanks

John

John,
I have the same way you did, tested Outlook 2003 and now
went back to Outlook XP, I can not read all my mail from
Outlook 2003. I think the reason is Outlook 2003 not
using pst file as Outlook 2000. How you made it back?
Please share your thougts. Thanks. (e-mail address removed)

In order to revert to an earlier vwersion of Outlook from Outlook 2003,
prior to reverting, you must save your messages in an ANSI-format PST
(File>New>Outlook Data File>Outlook 97-2002 Personal Flders File (.pst)).
Then you can open that PST with the earlier version(s) of Outlook
(File>Open>Outlook Data File).
