Is it possible to display BOTH emails and calendar at the same time on one
screen? I think I saw it in newer versions of Outlook. Thank you for any help.

Right-click on Calendar, choose Open in New Window.
Now you have two Outlook windows. Either manually resize them or tile them.

Outlook 2007 has what is known as To-Do Bar. Last I remember, that's a
new feature for 2007.
