Outlook 2003

I have outlook 2003 on my computer running win xp pro. Now my hard drive is
full and I installed a second new hard drive on the same computer. I would
like to transfer my outlook 2003 or copy it to my new hard drive and still
have the exact informations transfered.

My question is, what is the right procedure to do this transfer?
