When I go to SEND messages in my outbox, either send all or send group, I
receive messages too. How would I send e-mail messages without receiving?

group, I receive messages too. How would I send e-mail messages
without receiving?

You could enable the "Send immediately when connected" option or you could
create a send/receive group whose sole purpose is to send, disabling the
receiving options in that group.
