Outlook 2003 wrong time shows up in only one place

I have a user with Windows XP and office 2003. He had a 'reminder' problem
and we discovered that in only one place in outlook he shows the wrong time!

tools/ options/calendar options/time zone - The Time Zone shows GMT-5:00
eastern time and the adjust for daylight savings time is checked but the
current time is one hour late. for example: when it is 1:30pm this page says
it is 2:30pm. I have checked the bios, and every place I can find and they
are all correct. Everyone else in the building works from the same servers
and they are fine. there must be some other place that the computer is
seeing this erroneous time but I can't find it.

thanks for the help.

Hi,

I had the same problem, but my time zone is gmt+2 and the message
showed time as gmt+1.
I managed to solve the problem by changing the time zone, from th
place you mentioned, to gmt+3 and back to gmt+2. After this, all th
inbox messages changed instantly to the right time. The calenda
entries updated also, but only after restart of Outlook.
