Outlook 2003 / Word 2003

I have set Word as the email editor. A few weeks ago it stopped working. Now
get an error every time a attempt to reply to a message. Word 2003 is not
installed or is a different version than Outlook. As recommended I have run
Detect and Repair several times. No benefit.

Any suggestions on a fix?
