Outlook 2003 won't send/receive

My office 2003 works great except outlook which completes send/receive with
error and nothing downloaded. Normal outlook works ok as does the outlook
that comes with my ISP software. I'd much prefer to use 2003 outlook. Any
suggestions?
 
What does the error message say?

Other than that, tell us what type of e-mail account (e.g. POP3, IMAP,
Microsoft Exchange, .etc), what operating system you have, and whether or
not you have a security program (e.g. antivirus, personal firewall, .etc)
that can scan e-mail as it is downloaded.
