Outlook 2003 Won't pickup New pop3 messages

My mailbox has over 400 messages but Outlook will not see
them nor pick them up. I can do it in Mozilla or
Thunderbird, but not outlook. Please help! I have 70
people in my office with Outlook 2003 and many of them
cannot get their new mail.
