Outlook 2003 won't display message text, but shows headers, subject, and sender

Help! Somebody Help me,
In MS Outlook 2003, i'm using two account, one is AOL and
one is my org account, so right now when i read the old
messages on May, it doesn't show the body of the message,
it show (can't open this message, try to download the
message and try again)
Please help, Thanks!

Are these both IMAP accounts?

One is IMAP and the other is POP3.

Exactly what settings exist for that account? Describe all the steps you
used to create it.
