Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Crashes

I can not open Outlook 2003 at all. I continue to receive an error message
window along with the option to restart Outlook.
I recently upgraded to Office 2003. I've installed all service packs,
security updates and everything else. I have tried everything in the
knowledge base to remedy the problem with no success. PLEASE HELP!?!

Hi

Make sure .NET Framework 2.0 is not installed on this machine
Also, can you start Outlook with a new profile?
