Outlook 2003 will not recieve. Outlook express okay No errors

Okay I am stumped!

Outlook express works fine. Send and receive without any issue.

When I try to use Outlook 2003 instead I am able to send okay but I do
not receive anythnig. There is no error message. it all appears like
there is just no mail there. I go to webmail and verify its there.
Call up Outlook Express and it downloads fine!! I have tried this with
2 different email providers and have verified the pop3 info numerous
times!

I am having the same problem and have posted a few times with no replies.
Hopefully you will have better luck!
