Outlook 2003 will not install file import or file export module

I use outlook 2003 on a work computer to read personnal email. We use Lotus
Notes at work. I installed Outlook 2003 but the file import and export
functions (and a lot of other additional stuff) did not install and I can't
make it install. Why is it doing this? thanks
