Outlook 2003 Views

In Outlook 2003 when I open a new e-mail the e-mail is at
60% zoom instead of 100% I have to go into views/zoom and
change to 100%.

Does anyone know how to change this so it will open all at
100%
 
Open Word, change the zoom factor and close Word again. Now create a new
mail and see if it still happens.
