outlook 2003 very slow

We use outlook 2003 with and Exchange server environment. Now when we start
Outlook for the first time this year is very slow, taking 99% of CPU time and
increasing memory usage up to 70Mb and still increasing.

Tried working off-line still the same, restart outlook gives 10sec good
working but then very slow again. A lot of people here all have the same
problem.

Anyone any Ideas what could be the problem?

hi all, they removed in my profile directory the outcmd.dat file this solved
the problem!

Have you checked the time on your computer clock. Mine was twelve hours out
due to year change
