Outlook 2003 UAC request

All of my Office 2003 work without asking UAC permission, Except for OUTLOOK.
Everytime I click on the Shortcut for Outlook I get the UAC request. I have
tried everything I could and can not solve the problem. I am using Vista and
Office 2003 professional edition. This problem with Outlook just started.
 
Which addins do you have installed?
If you deny the UAC permissions; does Outlook still load then?
Any addins you are missing then?
Does Outlook start normaly in Safe Mode?
Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe

I can not tell if I have any addons, I looked for a listing under the menu,
no luck. When I denied permission with UAC nothing happens. I tried to
start usnder safe mode and the same thing happens, the UAC window comes up
