Outlook 2003 Today button missings

I use the today screan as front page on Outlook 2003 and have noticed that
the customize button has disapeared and i cannot adjust my settings.
How do i get this back??
Any idea's

Depending on the theme you currently have selected, the customize button
might be in the lower right.

Thanks, Initially could not see the button, but minimised the screen then
maximised and the button showed up.
