Outlook 2003 Sync With Laptop

Hi,

I am looking for the easiest way to sync my Outlook Contacts, Calendar, &
Mail Folders from my desktop to laptop. I have a wireless network and would
like to do it weekly, so that when I travel, I have access to up-to-date info.

Anyone have any suggestions?
