Outlook 2003 - stationnary shows as attachment

When ever I use stationary, the person receiving my emails see the paper
clip as an attachment.

Can I set up my Outlook not to show my stationary as an attachment ?

account will be deleted without reading.

Yes. Even if I send myself an email, I see the Paper clip.

My format is HTML - should I be looking somewhere else ?
