Outlook 2003 Startup in 2 windows

Hello,
I recently purchased the 2003 Office Standard Edition. I was using Outlook
Express as my primary email before installing Office. Since installing 2003,
my email starts up in two windows and I usually have to close one manually
since it is annoying. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can
do to stop it. Perhaps, it has something to do with me upgrading my Outlook
Express to Outlook 2003?

I would be grateful for any assistance.
