Outlook 2003 spam filter that works with Exchange Server

We have a LAN with a Server running Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition and three WorkStations running Windows XP Professional, all of which use Office 2003 Professional. We have a static IP address and host our own e-mail, using Exchange Server to distribute it between the three WorkStations. I've had the same e-mail address for many years, so I get a substatial number (250-500 per day) of pieces of unsolicited e-mail each day. I am looking for an economical but efficient spam filter which will work with my configuration. I have been intrigued by the challenge type of systems available and looked into a product from www.mailblocks.com but was informed it would not work with Exchange Server. What is out there that will work with my configuration? Does Microsoft make anything? Please give me any ideas you have. I'm spending way too much time deleting ads for Viagra, etc. Thanks!

Enable the Junk E-mail Filter in Outlook 2003 perhaps? You must use Outlook
in cached Exchange mode then.

Symantec makes Small Business Edition 8.1 with Exchange filter that
allows for use of RBL lists, key word search in Subject, Body, and even
attachment blocking.

I also use ORFilter on my exchange servers that are not running SBE 8.1
+ EF.

ORFilter is free, but it breaks email signed by a certificate.
