Outlook 2003 SP3 acting strange

Hi all

I have recently upgraded my version of outlook 2003 via the Microsoft
website, but now, every time I go to write an email, I get a dialogue box
saying "a program is trying to access email address stored in outlook" ,
this happens every time I write a new message, very annoying, and if I click
anything other than allow access for XX mins outlook hangs

pulling my hair out trying to find an answer

any suggestions??????

There is no SP-3 for Outlook 2003 - you must have Outlook 2002. Search this
newsgroup for similar posts - I've seen plenty of them, with answers.
