Outlook 2003 SP2 Print HTML mails without message body

I installed a new PC with XP sp2 and office 2003 sp2.

For printing any HTML emails, only the mail header and footer (From, Sent, to and subject name) can be printed with paper. All the message body is printed with blank.

Anyone have any ideas helping me to solve it?
